Provides litigation support and conducts complex investigations, including those related to international drug trafficking and money laundering. Supervises surveillance, tactical and personal security matters for the company. He is an expert in the fields of domestic and international drug trafficking, as well as money laundering. Mr. Diaz is a native Spanish speaker with extensive experience and contacts throughout South and Central America.

JCM Events, Inc./National Football League 2004- 2007

Provided stadium and off venue security for NFL VIPs, along with pre-game, halftime, and post game security for entertainment acts and NFL presentations at the annual Super Bowl event.

Drug Enforcement Administration, 1983 - 2006

Special Agent

Conducted complex domestic and international investigations of violations of the Federal Controlled Substance Act. Daily activities included analyzing complex fact patterns, supervising and participating in both surveillances and undercover operations, managing informants, and preparing lengthy reports of interview & related analysis. Coordinated closely with federal and state prosecutors in preparation for court proceedings and testified extensively in numerous federal and state courts. Dismantled drug trafficking organizations operating globally and their respective financial infrastructures. Directly responsible for hundreds of federal criminal indictments and convictions of defendants, including drug cartel members based in Colombia. Trained foreign, state, and local law enforcement relative to advanced techniques used in drug trafficking investigations, anti-money laundering compliance, and undercover operations. Instructed at the National FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia and other institutions.

Trained with Hillsborough County, Florida, Sheriff's Office narcotic squad. Investigation included narcotics violations, theft, burglary, rape, and assault.
